VARIETAL COMPOSITION: 50% Grenache, 40% Syrah, 10% Mourvedre
SOIL: Rocky with some clay and silt
HARVEST: By hand, in 16 kg boxes
YIELD: 8,000 Kg/Ha
WINEMAKING: Co-fermentation of the different grapes in stainless steel tanks with natural yeasts, during 18 days.
AGEING: In 2nd use french oak barrels for 12 months
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 13,9%
RESIDUAL SUGAR: <1.8 GR/L
