VARIETAL COMPOSITION: 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc, 10% Malbec.
SOIL: Rocky with some clay and silt
HARVEST: By hand, in 16 kg boxes
YIELD: 8,000 Kg/Ha WINEMAKING: Co-fermentation of the different grapes in stainless steel tanks with natural yeasts, during 15 days.
AGEING: In 2nd use french oak barrels for 15 months
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 13,5%
RESIDUAL SUGAR: <1.8 GR/L
